It’s not difficult to see that healthy living benefits your skin. You know what we’re talking about. Regular sweat sessions, a sweet social network and a decent night’s sleep most, if not all, of the time. The thing you may not realise, however, is just how much our diets affect our glow – or lack thereof. It’s a message clinical naturopath Anthia Koullouros is doing her best to spread far and wide. “I believe that healthy looking skin starts from the inside,” says Anthia, who heads up herbal tea company Ovvio, which offers a 21-day cleanse program.
