General Terms

Ovvio reserves the right to make adjustments to information or pricing at any time. While Ovvio will attempt to give reasonable notice of such changes, this may not be possible due to unforeseen supplier price adjustments or new information.

Ovvio will always endeavour to deliver your goods promptly and securely within its documented delivery times. However, Ovvio is dependent on third party suppliers and so cannot make guarantees on delivery times. Ovvio accepts no liability on processes it does not control.

All products remain the property of Ovvio and will not be delivered until full payment has been received, unless there is a written exception in place. Even with such exception, all products remain the property of Ovvio, as per the PPSA Act (2012), until full payment has been made.

Ovvio will always endeavour to keep a good stock of all lines so it can supply you immediately. However, if Ovvio is out of stock of a product at the time of your purchase, it will offer an alternative or place a special order for you.

 Product prices are inclusive of GST.

Disclaimer

Ovvio sources products it believes meets Australia’s highest health and safety standards. It is, however, somewhat reliant on the accuracy of information being provided to us by the product suppliers.

This website contains accurate pictures of the products, along with their ingredients and nutritional information (where applicable). However, Ovvio does not warrant the accuracy of any product descriptions or photographs that is not an Ovvio product. Disclaimer of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ovvio’s liability for breach of any implied warranty or condition which cannot be excluded is limited at it’s option to the following:

  • In the case of goods supplied or offered, the refund or replacement of the goods; and
  • In the case of services supplied or offered, the refund or the re-supply of the services

Email communications

Ovvio keeps its customers apprised of all information, services and products that could be of interest to them by emailed newsletter. If you receive an email newsletter from Ovvio, it is because you registered for the newsletter, have ordered from the website or used one of our services. If you would prefer not to receive newsletters from us, please unsubscribe directly via the newsletter.

This website and all designs, text, graphics, their selection and arrangement is the copyright and intellectual property of Ovvio. Any reproduction, use or quotation of materials on this site requires prior written consent from Ovvio.

Recycling

Where possible, Ovvio packages your products using recycled boxes and fillings that it has received from its suppliers and manufacturers. This includes cardboard boxes, shredded paper, cellophane and bubble wrap. Such materials have always been checked for cleanliness and sturdiness before re-use.

Returns Policy

Online Orders:

Online purchases can be returned in-store at our Alexandria Warehouse (02 8060 1632) or Paddington Store (02 9380 7863) or via post within 10 days of purchase.

If you are returning via post, please package the item securely and post to the following address: Unit 7, Number 4 Huntley Street Alexandria NSW 2015.  Please note that we do not cover return postage costs, however if you paid for postage in your original order, it will be refunded along with the purchase price. When the item has been returned to us, we will arrange for the total price to be refunded into your account.

In store purchases:

If you are unhappy with your purchase, then upon presentation of your product with proof of purchase, you are welcome to return the item to us within 10 days of purchase, provided the product is in its original saleable condition.

NOTE: There is no refund or exchange on sale items – online or in store. In the event that your product is faulty then a refund will be made in its original payment method. Simply return to us within 10 days.  Please note that we do not cover return postage costs, however if you paid for postage in your original order, it will be refunded along with the purchase price.

Privacy Policy

Ovvio values its customers’ privacy. The information you provide will not be rented, sold or exchanged to third parties, except where such disclosure is a legal requirement. Ovvio does advise that there are inherent risks in transmitting information across the internet.
