MELT IN YOUR MOUTH LAMB CHOPS & CUTLETS

These wonderfully succulent lamb chops simply melt in your mouth. The fresh herbs cut through the fat, making them easier to digest. To make the most of the flavours in the herb paste, prepare the chops the night before you want to eat them so they have plenty of time to marinate.


SPRING LAMB CHOPS OR CUTLETS (recipe from I Am Food)

SERVES: 2 PREP TIME: 5 minutes, plus marinating time COOKING TIME: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

 

Method:

1. Marinate the chops for an hour before cooking or even better, overnight.
2. Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan-forced).
3. Take the chops out of the fridge 15 minutes before baking.
4. Reduce the oven temperature to 120-150°C and bake the chops for 30 minutes or until golden. Serve with extra salt and lots of lemon juice.
