MELT IN YOUR MOUTH LAMB CHOPS & CUTLETS22nd December 2017
These wonderfully succulent lamb chops simply melt in your mouth. The fresh herbs cut through the fat, making them easier to digest. To make the most of the flavours in the herb paste, prepare the chops the night before you want to eat them so they have plenty of time to marinate.
SPRING LAMB CHOPS OR CUTLETS (recipe from I Am Food)
SERVES: 2 PREP TIME: 5 minutes, plus marinating time COOKING TIME: 30 minutes
- 4 lamb chops
- lemon juice to serve
1/2 teaspoon coarse natural salt, plus extra to serve
1/2 teaspoon whole black peppercorns
2 cloves garlic, peeled
1 handful of mint leaves
1 handful of flat-leaf parsley leaves
3 tablespoons olive oil
- Or you can replace the fresh herbs with Grecian Organic Herb & Spice Blend by Ovvio, or Sunday Roast Organic Herb & Spice Blend by Ovvio or seasonal herbs and spices.
