As some of you may already be aware, we have been experiencing some difficulties with our supply chain and therefore some problems in delivering to you much of the Ovvio tea range. Unfortunately, you can no longer buy the tea online for the time being. This letter has been difficult for me to write as it has always been part of Ovvio’s mission to supply our customers with premium service. Please know we’re so sorry for any disappointment this may cause and we will do everything we can to keep you supplied with your favourite tea.
You can continue to buy the Ovvio Tea you love as a Refill from our Paddington Store or in a Tin or Carton from our Retail Stockists. Please email us for a list of Stockists near you.
As we’ve been experiencing problems accessing our regular, premium packaging – White Ovvio Tins & Cartons, we are creating “The Make Shift Ovvio Tea Collection”. Born out of necessity because when all else fails, we reinvent and rise to the occasion. It’s the same premium organic tea by Ovvio you love, in a new package. This may be a temporary stop gap, but one which seeks to maintain our original brand ethos. The Make Shift Ovvio Tea Collection will be available online and in store in a few weeks.
