PANNA COTTA LOVE WITH ROSIE GLOW & ARTISAN CACAO

We have used two of our much loved Organic Elixir/Latte Powders to make these yummy, healthy, light and delicious panacottas.

  • Organic Rosie Glow Elixir/Latte Powder–  The anti-inflammatory nature of this blend ensures healthy blood flow, removes toxins from the blood and helps with the integrity of capillaries and promotes a smooth complexion. A therapeutic organic Blend of Beetroot, Pomegranate and Rose Petal Powder. A blushing new tradition.
  • Organic Artisan Cacao Powder – A rich organic blend of cacao, coconut sugar, vanilla bean powder and Celtic sea salt. A delicious healthy handmade indulgence. Nourishing the soul one sip at a time.

INGREDIENTS FOR PANACOTTA

Serves 2 or 1 (especially if you really love panacotta like we do)

• 100ml boiling water

• 1.5 tablespoons gelatin powder (buy a pastured kind from your health food store)

• 1 tablespoon Organic Rosie Glow Elixir/Latte Powder or Organic Artisan Cacao Powder or 1 tablespoon of each for a rich chocolatey rosie flavour.

• 300mls of your milk of choice  – fresh dairy, nut or coconut milk

• optional: 1 tablespoon raw honey for extra sweetness

METHOD

1. In a large jug completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water.

2. Add in elixir/powder followed by honey (optional) and then pour in milk.

3. Stir until all throughly mixed and pour in to a mould or bowl.

4. Set in the fridge overnight or 3 hours.

Serve as is or with fresh fruit.
