The day will begin at 10am with morning tea, enjoying a few of Anthia’s Ovvio tea blends (accompanied by Anthia’s Autumn Apple Tea Chia Cake).
During the morning session, Anthia will take you on a herbal infused taste-test, sharing the benefits, why’s and wherefore’s of the brews as she goes: She will demonstrate Herb & Tea Elixirs, Lattes and Delicious Beverages, such as anti-inflammatory Golden Turmeric Latte, antioxidant Rose & Pomegranate Hot Cocoa and Dandy Chai Adaptogen Elixir for stress & sore tummy.
Then join Anthia in preparing a delicious lunch which everyone will enjoy together at the long table in the loggia: Spicy Carrot, Pear, Beetroot, Cranberry & Herb Salad; Baked Broccoli or Cauliflower, Pomegranate, Orange, Tahini & Herb Salad; and a soothing Chamomile & Lavender Panacotta.
You will also learn how to make a Digestive Herbal Apple Cider Vinegar and Aromatic Herbal Garden infused Olive Oil to take home.
You will be welcome to linger longer in the garden after. We anticipate the day will end around 3.30 or so.
