Banana Cinnamon & Passionfruit Pancake (Grain, Sugar & Dairy free)

What a treat! They taste so good. Everyone will love to eat them. Full of protein and seasonal fruit & sweet spices.

Organic Ingredients:

1/2 cup mashed banana

1/4 teaspoon Ovvio Organic Cinnamon Powder

2 eggs, beaten

2 tablespoons cold pressed coconut oil.

Method:

Mix all ingredients together except for the oil. Add the oil to a pan on medium heat. Scoop out 2 tablespoons to make little pancakes or pour all the mixture into the pan to make one large pancake. Serve with passionfruit.

More delicious pancake ideas:

  • Chocolate Banana Pancake – Add to the above mixture 1 teaspoon of raw cacao and 1 tablespoon raw cacao nibs.
  • Rosie Glow Berry Pancake – Omit Cinnamon powder and add to the above mixture 1 teaspoon of Ovvio Organic Rosie Glow Latte Powder and replace mashed banana with mashed berries. Sweeten with a little honey if you wish.
  • Lemony Honey Banana Pancake – Add to the above mixture 1 teaspoon of lemon zest, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of honey.
  • Golden Turmeric Banana Pancake – Omit Cinnamon powder and add to the above mixture 1 teaspoon of Ovvio Organic Golden Turmeric Latte Powder. Sweeten with a little honey if you wish.
  • Matcha Banana Pancake  – Omit Cinnamon powder and add to the above mixture 1/2 teaspoon of Ovvio Organic Matcha Latte Powder (a little goes a long way). Sweeten with a little honey if you wish.
